Careers at Coastal Mountain Adventures

We’re growing our team for the 2027 adventure season across Vancouver Island.

As Coastal Mountain Adventures expands our guided hiking experiences and Coastal Junior Hikers programs, we’ll be looking for passionate, dependable people who are comfortable working outdoors and creating safe, memorable experiences for our guests and younger adventurers.

Opportunities may include:
Guided hiking & outdoor adventure staff • Coastal Junior Hikers program staff • Drivers/transportation support • Seasonal and location-based positions

Opportunities are expected at multiple locations across Vancouver Island, with additional destinations planned as we grow.
